ABOUT MUFK COSMETICS
All purchases are final. Please make sure you review your order because once its submitted we will send exactly the box that we receive on our purchase screens. Boxes normally ship out within 2-7 business days from the date your payment is received and your tracking information will be available or sent via email within 48-72 business hours after being processed.
If you would only like to receive more that one box, please make sure you choose the quantity you need before submitting your order. You will be billed for the box you would like to receive. The box you were billed for will be shipped out within 2-7 business days. All purchases are routed to PAYPAL for a safe and secure transaction.
We will always do our best to offer a replacement for your damaged items if the items damaged is of our doing. Please send us an email within 1 days of receiving your box with photos of the damage item along side the shipping label on your box, and we would be more than happy to assist you in that matter. Please follow our simple Photo along side your Shipping label rule for a complete and successful resolution.

*Q: Can I purchase a box through subscription?
A: NO, We no longer have Subscriptions on our site.
*Q: How can I receive PR Box's or Coupon Codes from you all?
A: Yes, on the Menu tab, go to our 'BRAND AMBASSADOR' tab for more information on that.
*Q: How long does it take you to ship my Box?
A: Beauty Box's & Glitters normally ship out within 2-7 business days from the date your payment was received. Our Customized Hair Units & Apparel Ships out from 7-14 Business Days.
Q: Do you take Credit Cards?
A: Yes, we do take all major Credit Cards and we also use Paypal. Paypal is our main source of checkout. All transactions are routed to Paypal for a safe and secure process. Our payment source is secured through PayPal processing center. They use a 128-BIT - SSL ENCRYPTION So you're safe.
**(Once shipped your order tracking number is updated to Paypal. Paypal will email your tracking to the email you provided during checkout. Please verify your email is correct. We Have your Waist Trainer, Cincher, Shaper or Corset. However you feel to call it, we have it. Let us begin right here!
Below are a series of our most frequently asked questions and answers. If you dont see a question you wanted answered, feel free to click on our CONTACT tab and leave a message for us and one of our sales associates will contact you within 24 hours.

1. RETURNS:
Q: *What is this store's return and exchange policy?
A: (No Refunds) on all Products. {Refund Exceptions Below}
*Read below for our Exchange Policy*
<Refund Exceptions: We only Provide refunds if it's an error on our part, if product requested is not available or rejected/incorrect orders on our part only......> Refunds are usually returned within 3-5 Business Days.
A: 7 day Exchange Policy from the date of delivery on all Products with the Exception of all Butt & Body Shapers, Workout Apparel & Herbalife Items. Again there is absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges on any Butt/Body Shapers, Workout Apparel and Herbalife Products. So for all other Product, from the date of delivery, you have seven (7) days to return it back to us in its Original Packaging Unaltered, No Damages
or Dirtiness. It will be on your expense to return it to us, and we'll do a one (1) time only exchange for
that item, So please make sure you choose correctly. We will not except returns that have been in your possession for over 7 days from our date of delivery. It don't take long to see in there's a problem right
away. We allow our sample Shapers to be tried on (Only for On Site Orders & Pickups)
**All of our Garments are Product to Skin Materials and we do not Promote Bodily Fluid Transfers to Our customers. So please make sure products are not used then returned. If your product don't fit, you should know that right away not after you use it, workout or dirty it. If it don't fit, contact us right away for an exchange (You have 7 days to do so). We will not accept it after 7 days from your date of delivery! Any Product that's deemed "used" will not be accepted & returned to you if already returned to us. Please return in original packaging with unaltered tags, Sticker Labels and Paperwork.
***We Q/C our products before we ship them out. All Products are photographed in their original packaging with bar codes to avoid any default of fraudulent returns. We will not ship defected items, (SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER YOUR SIZES CORRECTLY' READ BELOW FOR SIZING INFO).
2. SHIPPING/ORDERS:

3. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES:
Q: *Can I choose the Pickup/Ground delivery feature for an Out of Area purchase?
A: No, Pickups & Ground Deliveries have been Disabled. Were currently using our Shipping Method Only.
(Pickups) are for customers in the immediate area who's made arrangement with a sales representative to have it locally picked up at an undisclosed location at no cost to that customer as a service we offer to local customers.
(Ground Deliveries) are for Personal orders, meaning customers the sales reps. Were willing to drive to and personally deliver it to at a rate of $5.99. They accept *cash /Credit Card* upon delivery, to local customers only. Contact would have to be made with the representative to verify a ground delivery can be made.
**(Shipping & Handling fees are not included in the prices for each item sold, but will be calculated once routed to Paypal Checkout in your total Starting at $8.99 per package and varies in price for orders above that amount)**.
*** In those cases Invoice's will be sent out to any unpaid shipping & Handling fees that is not in the local area and not arranged by one of our distributors for pickup. Orders will be shipped once paid.

A: Once a order is received it is processed within 1-3 business days and shipped off immediately after that. Expect your purchase anywhere between 3 to 10 days to you.

Q: *How do i know what size to get?
A: Please visit the Weight/sizing Chart for help on our websites homepage.
**(Note:For waist shapers it is suggested you order you shirt size for a snug fit. If you are in between sizes or would like a more comfortable fit please order a size up).
8. HOW TO CLEAN YOUR PRODUCTS.
Q: *How do I wash my Waist Shapers.
A: It is recommended that you Hand Wash and Air dry Your Shapers.
**These Products are very delicate and must be handled with extreme care. Please read your product Tabs for further washing instructions.

With our Memberships, we will assist you on how to get Business Cards, Flyers, Brochures & Waist Shaper/Vest Inserts for your company once Membership is ordered. Most of our Shapers are sent to the Distributors without Inserts to allow you to input your own for your company.
